Formal project engagements require execution of a written service agreement, work order, or contract signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

4.3 Service Commencement

Services commence only after receipt of a signed contract or work order, applicable advance payment (as agreed in the contract), all required government clearances and permits, and site handover by the client to SkyShilp's team.

4.4 Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate site information and measurements, obtaining land-use permissions and regulatory approvals (unless contracted to SkyShilp), ensuring unobstructed site access, timely payment of invoices as per agreed schedule, and appointment of a designated site contact with authority to approve design decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, project photographs, engineering drawings, design layouts, and brand elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of SkyShilp Construction India Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and related Indian IP laws.

  • Retention: As specified in the contract (typically 5–10%).
  • Final payment: After completion certificate and defect liability period.
  • Late payment: Interest at 1.5% per month on overdue amounts beyond 30 days.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Lakhimpur, Assam, India. Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Force Majeure

SkyShilp shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, government actions, civil unrest, epidemics, power outages, or any other force majeure event. The Company shall notify clients promptly of such circumstances and resume services as soon as reasonably practicable.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the website after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability
